Hey there! My name is Gwen Branscome and I live in Bel Air, MD (about 45 minutes outside of Baltimore), where I grew up and went to school before leaving for college. I went to the University of Cincinnati, where I played Division 1 Lacrosse for 4 years! I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion, with an emphasis in exercise and fitness. From there, I went to the University of Delaware and received my Master’s Degree in Health Promotion!

Being an athlete my entire life, fitness has been ingrained in me for a long time. After graduating college, I realized that was what I wanted to spend my life doing; helping people become healthier, happier and more active. Currently, I work for a corporate wellness company where I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach and group exercise instructor! I love all things fitness; running, crossfit, HIIT workouts, weightlifting, you name it! More recently, after completing the Whole30, nutrition and creating recipes has become a huge passion of mine (along with workouts)! I love to cook and find new ways to make health eating fun and exciting.

I LOVE reading other health and fitness blogs and have wanted to start my own for a while now. I finally decided just to do it, so here I am! I hope to share my passion with others, and help people make healthier choices, become more active with quick, simple workouts and share my life along the way!
